Wobbleberry Challenge · 28 September 2016

The Charity was established by talented horse rider, Hannah Francis, following her diagnosis with the aggressive form of bone cancer, osteosarcoma. People all over the world followed Hannah's story which she told through her mascot, Willberry. Tragically Hannah passed away at just 18 years old.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Having become a vet in order to afford my own horse after owning a great pony as a teenager, I simply never found the time to ride, and after over 25 years of the occasional hack was offered the ride on Skye, a young, beautiful Connemara, full of potential, but a bit more than I could handle. So of course I said yes.

I realised I needed to do more with him  and recognised myself in the Wobbleberry description, I am not fit enough, brave enough, but I need to just kick on ! Having seen this I have already started towards this goal in the last few months which makes me a pathfinder Wobbleberry. I read that Hannah's family thought she would approve but would take no prisoners,  I hope we would all make her proud, and doing so will raise money to help #kickcancersbutt.
