Just to confirm I successfully finished the Grand Union Canal Race covering the 145 mile distance within the alloted 45 hours.

I will be participating in the Grand Union Canal Race in May 2010 in support of Cancer Research UK.

The event involves a 145 mile run from Birmingham to London and is described as the "Britains longest, toughest, non-stop running race". The event will take place from Saturday 29th May and finish in the early hours of Monday 31st May.
