As you know I have commited myself to running the 13.1 mile Great North run      (the .1 is obviously very important). Some of you may think this is a mad idea especially if you know the couch potato that I truly am. However I absolutely will complete however long this may take me!

Any amount that you sponsor me will give me all the encouragment I need                   to get to the finish line before the road sweepers start cleaning the streets. All the money I raise will go to a fantastic centre that aims to raise the quality of life of all the guests with Multiple Sclerosis that come to stay, so all your support is very much appreciated.
