I'm riding my bike ( all on my own )  on a totally self-funded trip from St Malo to Narbonne - from the English channel to the Mediterranean - about 700 miles! 

 I did a similar ride for Cancer Research 2 years ago raising nearly £700  (including gift aid) and enjoyed the pain so much I thought I'd have another go.

Tuesday 5th June update.

Just returned home and back to work. My total coast to coast mileage was 732 miles - a bit more than planned.  The weather was unseasonably awful with lashing rain, floods and high winds all the way from Lacanau-Ocean on the Atlantic coast for 300 miles all the way to Narbonne and the Med.  Many thanks to all my sponsors - It's made all the effort worth while.
