My story
We are at it again! We've defeated the London Marathon 2012, this time its the Great North Run 2012 and yes we are heading north to take on this half marathon! We know so many of you donated to us last time and we smashed our target, this time we've joined together to make it happen again. Tom and I are now joint ambassadors for Henshaws and it is our aim to keep raising awareness of this amazing and wonderful charity that so many children and adults rely on for support.
Imagine for one second what it would be like to have no sight. Many of us would struggle to do the jobs and hobbies we love without it. Henshaws allows its users to build the confidence and skills to survive daily in a safe and comfortable environment.
