About my charity : Action for M.E. Action for M.E.
M.E. devastates the lives of around 240,000 people in the UK. They live with severe pain and exhaustion and many are left housebound or bedbound. Action for M.E. helps to improve the lives of people with M.E. by providing specialist support and information whilst campaigning for research, treatments and services.

My personal message:

Thank you for visiting my web page, any donations will be gratefully received. Sponsoring me on line is totally secure and the charity will receive any money donated faster and if you are a UK Tax payer they can claim back an extra 28%.

I have taken up the challenge of walking the Great Wall of China for Action for M.E. The trek will be a 90mile walk over 8 days; I will be walking with a team of people on the 25th October 2008. So I would be grateful if everybody would dig deep and help me reach my sponsorship target of £2,500.00, I would be most delighted and any amount large or small would be most appreciated.

I would like to thank everybody in advance for their support and donations, it is much appreciated.
