Hello lovely people!

Usually I try to avoid running at all costs and would rather sponsor than be sponsored however lovely Emma who I work with is doing so much to raise money for Plymouth Sound Unite that I said I'd try and get some extra cash toooooooo.

I'll be running the Plymouth half marathon on May 25th and would be eternally grateful if you could sponsor me a couple of pounds to limp round in a reasonable time.
