Believe it or not it really is a year since I last asked people to sponsor me to take part in the Farleigh Hospice Cycle for Life. Thanks to peoples generosity I was able raise nearly £800 for Farleigh Hospice last time.

I'm giving it another go this year and have entered the 50km ride. You'll be pleased to know that I've hardly practiced so the pain should be even more severe than last time!!
