As well as being Father's Day, this Sunday, 15th June 2008, is the third annual Men's Health Forum Scotland 10K at Bellahouston Park, Glasgow.

So I will be pulling on the old gutties and knocking my pan in on behalf of the Beatson Oncology Centre in recognition of their support through my dad's illness last year.
