Well, i know i said last year that I would only do this once... but here we go again...!!
Last year i completed the London Marathon in 4hrs and 27 mins and it was an amazing experience....
This year Im aiming to do it a bit quicker, somewhere closer to the 4 hour mark...
Once again Im going to be raising money for my chosen chairty Scope who do great work for kids with mental and physical handicaps... its a real incentive and inspiration to me to run and raise money for kids who are less able bodied than others. I think we can all take the fact that our legs and arms work properly for granted, so why not run 26 miles if you can!!
Anyway, your support is truly appreciated and I will let you know how the training is going!!
