Marin Rough Ride a 48K off road Mountain Bike ride on the

8th June 2008.

I completed the course in a hard 5 hours 55 minutes and 51 seconds.

I completed the BUPA Capital 10k run on the 20th July 2008 in Hyde Park London in 64 minutes!
