Here is the GPS track from the bike ride yesterday: http://www.endomondo.com/workouts/nY7bs9apFxI
Just done 20 miles practice on my bike before London to Brighton next week - I think the hills could be a problem. http://www.endomondo.com/workouts/ocRmmYt4xu8
Three weeks until London to Brighton, and have I been training this weekend? No, I've been watching the Monaco GP - could be trouble ahead...
So I ended up doing just under 20 miles, over around 3hrs today. Need to rest up for Plymouth Skyride (http://www.goskyride.com/PlymouthSkyRide) tomorrow.
First trip on the bike today - feels like I will need to do a lot of training to survive London to Brighton in just 5 weeks!
