Hi everyone, what have I got myself into?? A 400km cycle ride from Vietnam to Cambodia...that's what! It's going to be a once in a life time experience that's for sure but It's going to be hard work at the same time. I've not ridden for many many years and I'm going to have to start training very soon.
I've chosen to support The Brittle Bone Society primarily because my step daughter is a sufferer. Her ability to participate in many everyday activities is severely restricted because of her condition.
Please think very carefully about supporting my cause, I don't want people to be left short but if any of you guys out there can support me in any way then please please do.

The Brittle Bone Society provides support for people affected by the rare, and painful bone condition Osteogenesis Imperfecta. It provides specialist advice, support and equipment to people with the condition, their families and carers, medical and other professionals.
