On 5th October I'll be cycling from Buckingham Palace to Windsor Castle in aid of The Prince's Trust. It's 45 miles, which starts to look like quite a long way when you haven't really been doing much training. I'm sure it will be fine apparently there are just a few "bumps" towards the end, which will be nice. 

All the money I raise will go to the The Prince’s Trust to support disadvantaged young people in the UK - a worthy cause so please give whatever you can.
