Story

Message from Charlie:

My name is Charlie and I'm nearly 3 years old. In January I was told the reason why I had been feeling poorly was that I'd got an illness called Leukaemia.

This means I have to go and visit hospitals a lot, so that lots of doctors and nurses can keep checking that I'm ok. Sometimes when I'm not ok I have to stay in hospital for upto 4 days, which I don't like at all. There aren't any toys to play with and I can't have much of the food I like, as mummy hasn't got anywhere to keep it, as there aren't fridges in every room.

This is a picture of me and Winnie entertaining ourselves....

Paul is going to try and raise some money so we can give it to the ward at Kings College Hospital that I stay in, and they can put it towards things that will help my stay (and other children's) a lot nicer, including fridges, so I can have my favourite food when I stay.
