As you probably know, I have heart failure and its not been an easy 12 months, but the reality is that I am only here today due to the great advancements in medical treatment over recent years which has been made possible by the British Heart Foundation.

 

Currently there is no cure for my condition but with your help and the continued support of the BHF, I am hoping this will become a reality in the near future, not only to help me, my familly and friends, but for all those out there who are also affected by heart conditions.
