Story
Thank you for visiting the Stroll for Sally fundraising pages.
Sally Chapman-Evans died aged just 43 on 27th April 2007. She was admired and loved by many people. The Greenwich and Bexley Hospice cared for Sally throughout her illness and in her final days, as they did for a wonderful mother, Margaret Garland, 8 years before. It is a fantastic place which provides care and comfort to so many people with life threatening illnesses and their families.
In August 2008, Paul Garland, Lewis Evans, Matt Chapman and Trevor Chapman will walk 196 miles coast to coast across England, raising money for Cancer Research UK and The Greenwich and Bexley Hospice. All costs are being paid by the walkers so every penny you donate will go to the charities.
This page is for donations to our seconday charity, Cancer Research UK . If you would rather donate to the Greenwich and Bexley Hospice, go to our other just giving page at http://www.justgiving.com/strollforsally. To find out more about the walk, who we all are and why we're doing it, visit our web page at http://astrollforsally2008.website.orange.co.uk/
