As many of you will know my Mother has alzheimer's since 2000. She is now in a care home. Age Concern was very helpful to us at the time as we struggle to get to grip with the changes that were occuring to our lives. I am hoping to raise some funds for them such that they can keep up their good work helping us all as we get older.
