My training is all going to plan. Should be nearing my peak fitness soon, all being well.

Hi All

As many of you are aware, the last few years have been a roller coaster for me and my family.

In May 2009, I was diagnosed as having Epilespy after having a large seizure whilst camping with the family, where I was rushed to Scarborough Hospital. Since this day I have had 2 further Grand Mals, thankfully the last one I had was back in December 2009.

Although I lived with my Sisters Epilesy for many years, I never really knew much about it until it happened to me.

To help raise awareness I have decided to run the Great North Run in September. For those of you that know me, this is a bit of a step up from the norm, but I feel I owe so much to so many, so I am going out of my comfort zone to do this.

Please help me to raise money to help educate everyone on Epilepsy

Every little helps, so dig deep please

Thanks Everyone for your support
