After Race for Life on Sunday 13th July and completing this in 37 minutes for Cancer Research I am taking part in HPLC on Sunday 20th July the charity I am running for it Greenwich and Bexley Cottage Hospice.

I have chosen to run for this hospice as they took care of my Nan at the beginning of this year as she lost her fight to stomach cancer. The team were great and she was very happy with the care and help she received whilst there.

Those of you who know me well enough know exactly what my Nan meant to me so this year the taking part isn't just for charity but more personal. Nan would always do what she could for others so I'm doing my bit this year for something that meant a lot to her.

I do not expect large donations just any little change you can afford to give.
