This will be my 3rd time joining the mass of runners pounding the streets of London from Greenwich to The Mall. Once again I will be raising money for The Prostate Cancer Charity. I will have a personal best of 4 hours 19 minutes to try and beat, so please don't be shy as it will no doubt take a lot of pain to beat this time.
