So, I'm doing it for the 4th time, but you have to believe me there is nothing quite like being in Geordie Land running with all the thousands of other nutters !

This year I am aiming to get a PB with a time under 1:50:48.

My charity of course will be The Prostate Cancer Charity. This being my 6th run for them. For those of you who know me, you'll know I chose this charity; as my Grandfather passed away due to this type of Cancer. So I am proud to support the charity which helps those who suffer from this form of cancer, and those who are affected by it as well.
