So here we are again for the 5th year running, and my 8th run for The Prostate CancerCharity.

I have supported this charity since 2004, and since December 2005 in memory of my Grandad who passed away from this type of Cancer. I will be proud to be on the starting line again, and seeing all the thousands of other runners all doing it for their own special reasons. Beleive me its a humbling experience.
