On December 3rd 2008 I am going to climb the tallest free standing mountain in the world, Mount Kilimanjaro.
Kili stands at a massive 5,895m. To put this in to perspective Ben Nevis is 1,344m.
There will a team of people from Arup participating who aim to raise over £18,000 for Engineers Against Poverty.
I'm trying to rasie £1,500 on my own and £1,500 with a friend from work = £3,000
EAP works with industry, government and civil society to fight poverty and promote sustainable development.
