I have gone from Chief Executive of Rotherham General Hospital to sleeping rough on the streets in fewer than 4 years. Fortunately my ordeal will be only for THE NIGHT OF 24th OCTOBER 2008 . Nevertheless it will undoubtably be cold, wet and extremely uncomfortable with only cardboard boxes and a sleeping bag for accessories.

However for many children this type of ordeal is a reality as they believe sleeping rough is a safer option than their alternatives, including going home.

PLEASE GIVE GENEROUSLY to help me reach my target and of much more importance to help the SAFE @ LAST charity to support the many children in South Yorkshire who run away from home each year.
