We are running the Two Castle Run on June 7th, 2009 on behalf of the Alzheimer's Society.  See http://www.twocastlesrun.org.uk.  The course is 10 Km starting from Warwick Castle and finishing at Kenilworth Castle.

As many of you may know, Jon, Paul, Mike, Kevin and Amanda's nan was diagnosed with Alzheimers in the years before she sadly past away, which is now just over a year ago.  Also, Della's granddad has Alzheimer's.  So we are all running this in her memory and for Della's granddad and hoping that any money raised will go to support this worthy cause.
