NOW: Despite being petrified of heights, my next challenge is to abseil Ireland's tallest building - The Obel Tower on Sunday 9th June 2013! Standing at 289ft, this iconic challenge will help raise vital funds for Concern Worldwide to help support the vunerable.
PREVIOUS EVENTS: On Sunday 25th November I finished The Great Ethiopian Run with a time of 1:13. It's Africa's biggest road race and the worlds highest (2,600m), noisiest and toughest 10k! We raised a grand total of over £6000 for Concern Worldwide. Thank you for all your kind help and support Northern Ireland - I couldn't have done it without you!
It's through your dedication and support that Concern NI are able to help some of the most vulnerable people on earth to fight hunger and move towards a future free from poverty. With your donations we can continue make a real and direct impact.
