I have challenge my self to run a min of 12 races this year . i have a Grade Two Oligodendroglioma brain tumour, which i found out about in april 2004. they can not take it out, but last year they decided to do a biopsy and give me raditation treatment, which i am curruntly getting over. i am running for brain tumour UK, as they have give me some much support over the last 4 years. They also support reseach into the cause's of brain tumour. so please sponsor me, even £2 will be ok, more be very nice.

Clapham Common 5K "Get Running" Series 2009 on Sunday 22nd Feburary completed the race in 29 min 53 sec

Knebworth 10k Jog 2009 on the Sunday 1st March completed the race in 59 min

Frimley Park Hospital 10K on Sunday 5th April completed the race in 1 hour 6 sec

it was a very warm day

Hyde Park 10K Jog on Wednesday 15th April completed the races in 59 min 36 sec

Sister Act - The Nuns run  4 miles on Sunday 3rd May completed the races in 46 min 31 sec

Bracknell Half Marathon on the Sunday 10th May completed the race in 2 hours 22 min

London 10000 on  Monday 25th May completed the races in  1 hour 1 min 17 sec

Bracknell Forest Five on wednesday 10th june 2009 completed the races in 46 min 48 sec

Clapham Common 5K "Get Running" Series 2009 on Sunday 14th June completed the races in 28min 8 sec

Royston Pink Ribbon Run Walk 5 k on Sunday 28th June completed the race in 27 min 10 sec

London 10k Race on Sunday 12th July completed the race in 1 hour 2 min

RAF Maraham 10 mile on Sunday 19th July completed the race in 1 hour 38 min

Clapham Common 5K "Get Running" Series 2009 on Sunday 9th August- did not do race as was ill

Bupa Great Capital Run  5 k on Sunday 13th Sept completed the race in 26 min 15 sec

Great North Run on Sunday 20th Sept completed the races in 2 hours 22 min and 14 sec

Cancer Research 10K on 18th Oct on Jesus green in Cambridge completed the races in 50 mins 40 sec my fasted time
