It is able to offer support to people suffering from depression, eating disorders, abuse, relationship problems, bereavement and a wide range of life crises. My personal message:

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. For some mad reason Tara and I have entered the Bath Half Marathon (seemed like a good idea at the time!) for a counselling charity called Focus. I'm writing to ask if you could kindly spare a few quid and support me with some sponsorship! I'd be very appreciative and by using this site it's really simple. Also, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you. So thanking you in advance for your support... Hopefully i can get around without nipping into the pub !!!!
