Diabetes UK is the charity leading the fight against the UK's devastating and fastest growing health crisis, working to create a world where diabetes can do no harm. It’s a fight that involves all of us – sharing knowledge and taking diabetes on together. Join us.

Story

It's that time of year again and this time rather than be happy with just competing in the London Triathlon I've decided to enter the London Duathlon, the Blenheim Triathlon, the Dartford half, the Dublin Marathon and Ironman UK as well. These events will be run between May and October 2006.

As I'll be competing in all these events I thought I'd make someone other than local Podiatrists and Orthopaedic surgeons happy and have decided to do them for Charity. I've chosen, as I did last year when I ran the London Marathon, to run for Diabetes UK . Please dig deep and give generously to this very worthwhile charity.

Donating through this site on-line is totally secure and also means that Diabetes UK will receive your money faster and, if you are a taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your donation at no extra cost to you.

For all the sadists amongst you the distances of all events are shown below:

Blenheim Triathlon -   21st May 2006 - 750m Swim,  20K Cycle,     5K Run

London Triathlon    -    6th Aug 2006 -    1.5K Swim,  40K Cycle,   10K Run

Many thanks for your support
