A big group of Paul's friends are taking part in 'Movember' in aid of CRY (Cardiac Risk in the Young).  The aim is to raise £1000! 

We've organised 3 independent judges to award the best tash in town at our next event at the end of Movember - there'll be a trophy so what are you waiting for, get involved!

Every penny that we raise goes straight to CRY (Cardiac Risk in the Young).  CRY's vision for 2010 is to 'work with cardiologists and family doctors to promote and protect the cardiac health of our young by establishing good practice and screening facilities devoted to significantly reduce the frequency of young sudden cardiac death throughout the UK. 

As always, thanks for your generous donations - hopefully they will ensure that other people don't die at such a young age.
