Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

I'm starting to think that I must be totally mad to have signed up for this triathlon, but the Help for Heroes is a charity that is really important to me. And as such, I'm competing in the North West Triathlon that is taking place in Cheshire on the 20th September 2009.
I'll be pushing myself to the limit for about 1hr 40mins (hopefully )! But there are both serving and former soldiers and ex-forces personnel who have to go through months and even years of pain and rehabilitation, after suffering some horrendous injuries in the line of duty for their Country.

Please, try and support this worthwhile cause and sponsor me. Even if it's only a couple of quid, it all makes a big difference.
