Alexander and Aaron are running the 10k to raise money for Whitechapel Mission for the 3rd time.

This is Paul's second time. He is hoping the run will show that he is now fit after having 4 months off work with chest infections and asthma!!

To go for true family spirit - Bryony and I are running for the first time!! I can manage to walk round the block so far! but we are determined not to let the boys beat us. (Next year we'll get Martin to join in)
