Last year I ran the London Marathon for Leaukaemia Care and raised nearly £4000. Thank you to each and every one of you for your support, encouragement and of course generosity! I completed the race in 3 hrs 38 mins and 24 seconds. It was one of the best experiences of my life.

I'm delighted to be running again in 2014 and grateful to Leukaemia Care for this fantastic opportunity. I'm in full training mode now and hoping to beat my 2013 time.

This race will be a poignant one for me since last year I was cheered on by my aunt who sadly passed away in September. She was one of the bravest people I've ever known and I'll be running in her memory.

Please spare whatever you can, even just 50p, Leukaemia Care are a very small but important charity and every little really does help.
