My personal message:

Tomsie will be attempting an Olympic standard triathlon on Saturday June 21st at Rutland Water. This slightly Quixotic response to a suspected mid-life crisis is clearly an attempt to fulfil some sort of personal ambition, but it has occurred to me that if there is anyone out there with even the dimmest memory of my under-achievements at all things sporty for the best part of my life, then, if they consider the prospect of Old Big Nose stringing together a 1 mile swim, a 25 mile bike ride and, finally, a 6 mile run (all in under 3 hours, hopefully),  they will feel inspired (out of admiration or pity) to put their hand in their pockets and help people in developing countries help themselves with the assistance provided by the Motivation Charitable Trust

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: The Motivation Charitable Trust gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

So please sponsor me now! I won't ask you next time I do it...promise :)
