Help 4 Heroes Charity Bike Ride – A Bridge Too Far

As part of their fundraising efforts, and in order to challenge myself, I am taking part in their “A Bridge Too Far” bike ride in September this year.  This involves cycling from London to Arnhem, a distance of 350 miles over 5 days (that’s 70 miles per day!), arriving in time to take part in the Arnhem commemorative ceremonies.
