Story
Well, that's it for this year. All events successfully completed. 
They each had their own unique challenges, for the Plymouth Half it was the heat and for the Welsh 1000 it was the freezing temperatures, gale force winds, low cloud and heavy rain (all predicted, expected and covered in the media later in the weekend)
And just to complete the mix of events I took part in a 10k trail race around the beautiful Westonbirt Arboretum near Bath.
A huge thank you to each of you for once again supporting MacMillan Cancer Support. Together we have raised a fantastic £415 which will make a real difference to someone affected by cancer.
