You must know by now that I do not have the perfect physique for a Triathalon and I have to say there is a mix of fear and madness involved in this event next Sunday morning! - 28th September but I wanted to do something towards keeping a New Years Resolution, recklessly made at  a moment of weakness!  But doing something is better than just talking about it ...even if its 9 months later!

This Sunday's Triathalon is donating 50% of all its proceeds and sponsorship to the Leukaemia and Intensive Chemotherapy Fund (LINC).

Why this charity? Well I lost my brother Phil to cancer and I like to support those who work to find a remedy for this dreadful disease no matter what form it takes. I know much progress has been made but we all know we are not completely free from it so please give a little if you can.
