Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page. This is a group page and effort for all 9 particpants listed so thankyou.

Sue Payne, a mother of 3 and grandmother of 8 and friend to millions. She is the most caring, unselfish, beautiful, warm, loving person you could meet – a strong lady who can brighten any day and leaves a warm glow in the hearts of all those who meet her ...and she's our mum.

Mum was diagnosed with early onset Alzheimers several years ago which rocked her world, she become scared, fragile and lost ....for about a second, then her passion for life went into overdrive!Sue would not sit back and take this – something had come along and threatened to take her will, spirit and independence but through the great support of my dad & her husband John, her sisters, brother, friends and extended family we all sent a strong message - Alzheimers you will have to wait.

To see Mum & Dad together, laughing, joking, strong, very much a double act but with the strength of 10 armies and still very much in love, it shows the world that that with the right support anything is possible and my mum will continue to live her life to the full.

Myself, family and close friends support when we can ....but want to do more - this is why we are all jumping out of a plane 10,000 feet up! This is not just for the thrill & the money but to drive awareness of this charity, my mum and to do 'our bit' in helping others with Alzheimers - we all appreciate your support and time in just visiting this page and hearing our story.

Love- the 'House of Pain' skydive group x

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
