Thank you so much for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page; let me tell you more about why I need your support:

I'm sure you remember the tragic event in Manchester last year where PC Nicola Hughes and PC Fiona Bone were brutally killed in a gun and grenade attack whilst attending a routine burglary report. As a serving police officer I can't help but feel that this could so easily have been me or one of my colleagues. That's why the decision to take part in Run to Remember was such an easy one for me. 

From 1st December 2013 I will be joining colleagues from around the country to run 250 miles in 125 days to raise money for the 3 charities that the PC Nicola Hughes Memorial Fund are supporting;

1. Victim Support

2. Care Of Police Survivors

3. North West Police Benevolent Fund

I'll take care of covering the miles, but I won't be able to achieve my fundraising target without your help!

Please donate what you can afford, help with fundraising suggestions, come and join me on a run, or just shout words of encouragement from the sidelines! Please remember that one day it may be my family needing the support of these charities. Your support really will make a massive difference.
