Having taken part in a few 5k runs, when a friend told me that she was doing a 10k run "again" this year, I thought I would take the plunge and join her.  So I signed up to take part in this year's London 10k Run on 6 July 2008.  I'm a little more nervous than excited at this stage, but I'm in training (when I can) and raring to go. 

So I thought I would raise money for a worthwhile cause in the process.  Please help me to raise money for Whitechapel Mission who provide a valuable service to people living on the streets offering food, shelter, clothing, advice and much, much more.
