On the 02/08/14 a group of us will be heading to Scotland to begin our Three Peaks Challenge. Our aim is the climb the three highest peaks in Britain; Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon all within a 24 hour period - with the whole group having none or very little mountain walking experience this is set to be no mean feet.  Two of us in the group (Sandra and myself) are staff nurses in Ysbyty Gwynedd and trained with Annmarie, they know the benefits that these donations can make for patients and staff; all donations will be distributed to various departments throughout the hospital; these include the stroke ward, physiotherapy department and the orthopedics and trauma ward where I work.
