Hi I am Peter Hughes Holland from Buckinghamshire - I will be cycling from Stresa to Motterone in Northern Italy on 30th September 2006 - 

22km UPHILL for 4600 feet a gradient of 18.8 %. My wife thinks I am mad. (She's right) I am already training with the help of Steve Harrison (former olympic cyclist and trainer) If anyone thinks this is easy try cycling up a 1 in 5 hill for 13 miles.

Hooray!! I have done it!! Non stop and in 1 hour 55 minutes
