The Citizens Advice service is a network of independent, local charities that help people resolve their legal, money, employment, consumer and other problems. It provides information and advice to everyone who needs it and influences government and organisations to bring about change in policies and laws that affect people's lives.
We have thought long and hard about this. We truly want our friends and family to just be with us to celebrate our wedding; presence not presents. But we know that you are a generous thoughtful caring bunch of people who might want to give a present anyway. So, as cheesy as it sounds, we would like to help share some of our happiness (and relief!!!) by doing something small to help people affected by the recession.
We have decided on Bradford Citizens Advice Bureau because when the chips are down anyone can ask for practical help and because Peg has been involved with CAB for over 16 years!
Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. Citizens Advice gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
