On 1st March 2020, I will be trekking 100km through the high altitude volcano region in Ecuador as part of a group of 100 HSBC colleagues.

With no access to a shower, 'proper' toilet or the outside world, I will be carrying all of my personal equipment and camping gear for 5 days and will be roughing it at around 15,000ft to raise money for Autistica, a charity supporting mental health for people with autism.
