Hello!
This is extremely last minute (we're leaving in about 5 hours!) but Hnickolai and I have decided to raise money for a Cam Mind, a fantastic mental health association which offers a broad range of community projects and services for the support of mental health service users in Cambridgeshire.
(Today!) we, along with two others, will be setting off for Edale in the Peak District from where we'll be embarking on a hearty 268 mile trek up through the Yorkshire Dales, on into the North Penines, up into Northumberland and finally reaching the village of Kirk Yetholm just across the Scottish border. We reckon it's going to take us around 2 and a half to 3 weeks but we've never attempted a hike as long as this so who knows...
I (Tom) personally know someone who has used their services to great avail and have been really impressed by the amazing work they do for people suffering from all manner of mental health problem.
