Well I did it! It was a fantastic day in Brighton, lots of supporters, entertainment and perfect weather! I ran in a time of just under 4 hours which I'm really pleased with, and the body held up pretty well! Brighton was buzzing with the excitement of it's first ever Marathon. Not too achy afterwards which I put down to the Pilates - just a few juicy blisters but even they have subsided, so all in all a great experience.
Even better, I've raised around £1000 for RISE!!!!! This is absolutely fantastic so thanks to everyone who's supported this charity for me as this money will make a real difference.
