Thanks to all of my sponsors you raised a fantasic amount which is great - We will get the final total for the group very soon but I have been told that this is in the region of £70K which is great.

This was an amazing expereince on so many fronts and everybody in the group did so very well.

My main objective is to raise as much money as I can for the Breast Cancer Campaign. I have a number of personal reasons for supporting this specific charity. My mother lost the fight against cancer 5 years ago after battling 2 bouts of breast cancer, firstly in her late 30’s and then again in 50’s. I also have 2 young daughters which makes any charity involved in researching a cure high on my agenda. Breast Cancer Campaign is the only charity that specialises in funding independent breast cancer research throughout the UK . The research that they fund looks at improving diagnosis and treatment, better understanding how breast cancer develops,ultimately either curing the disease or preventing it.
