RICS Matrics, Edinburgh and South East of Scotland

Pentland Peaks Challenge – Saturday 12 September 2009.

Starting at the Pentland Hills Regional Park visitor centre at Flotterstone, the walk took in 5 of the highest Pentland Peaks, along a challenging and varied route.

Update:

On saturday 12th September the RICS Matrics Edinburgh and South East Scotland group took part in the Pentland Peaks challenge to raise funds for LionHeart.
 
We were blessed with the weather, as it was a fantastic bright, sunny and warm day, which made the 11 mile hike through Edinburgh's Pentland Hills very pleasant, although no less arduous.  


Luckily there were no injuries, bar the odd blister, and the team made it back to base in one piece.
 
Thanks to everyone who took part, and to everyone who has sponsored us so far.
