The other day my mother told me London life was making me 'jowly', this was like a blow to a bruise and I decided it all needed to tighten up.
Rather than waste it on the ski trainer I have been lucky enough to have been given a place on the London Marathon by SPARKS (James Cracknell and Ben Fogle currently racing to the South Pole as Ambassadors for this charity)
